Scope of application and provider
(1) These GTC govern the relationship between Cube Media GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "Provider") and the users (hereinafter referred to as "Customers") of the services and products offered on the website.
(2) Deviating, conflicting or supplementary general terms and conditions of the customer shall not become part of the contract, even if known, unless their validity is expressly agreed to in writing.

Prices and terms of payment
(1) All prices stated on the website are final prices and include the statutory value added tax.
(2) Payment of the agreed prices shall be made in accordance with the payment modalities specified on the website.

Delivery and provision of services
(1) Delivery and performance dates are only binding if they have been expressly confirmed by the supplier.

Warranty and defects
(1) The provider warrants that the services and products sold are free from defects.
(2) In the event of a defect, the customer shall be entitled to subsequent performance (rectification of defects or replacement delivery).

Limitations of liability
(1) The provider's liability for slight negligence shall be limited to the foreseeable, direct average damage typical of the contract, unless it concerns damage resulting from injury to life, limb or health.
(2) In the event of loss of data, the provider shall only be liable if such losses could not have been avoided by appropriate data backup measures on the part of the customer.

Privacy
(1) The provider undertakes to treat all personal data of the customer confidentially and to process it only in accordance with the provisions of data protection law.
(2) Personal data is only collected to the extent necessary for the processing of the business relationship.

Final provisions
(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
(2) The place of performance and exclusive place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the provider.
(3) Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
